Casual Pay as you go classes available
A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. It’s an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.
Classes are 60 minutes in duration. You don’t need to bring any special equipment and don’t need any experience.
Many clients wear normal gym or workout attire, bare feet or socks, and bring a towel and water.
Below is an overview of what you might expect from a typical class, you’ll love it!

- Music will start pumping and the instructor will lead the class with a warm-up designed to get you warm, relaxed and in the mood for class.
- Then the fun begins;
- Barre Blitz is great way to get fit and de-stress at the same time.
Remember, or Barre Blitz class is a physical activity and you will need drink plenty of water.
If you have any health issues it is important that you let you let instructor know before class starts.

Our teachers will carefully guide you through. each sequence. You be using a range of equipment in you class including ballet barre, resistance bands, hand weights, swiss balls and Pilates balls.
Each sequence has been carefully created so that its easy to learn. Better still its done to a range of music making it a fun way to work out.

Barre Blitz has been designed using the foundations of classical ballet, Pilates, Yoga & Fitness to create a total workout suitable for anyone. Barre Blitz will improve you posture, coordination, flexibility, muscles tone & strength and general fitness. Best of all it will increase your confidence.
What should I wear/bring with me?
Comfortable exercise wear, no shoes or socks (sticky socks if you don’t like to exercise bare feet), a hand towel to wipe away that sweat, a water bottle.
