A dynamic fusion of Dance and Fitness. It’s an all body workout !
Classes are 60 minutes in duration. You don’t need to bring any special equipment and don’t need any experience.
Many clients wear normal gym or workout attire, bare feet or socks, and bring a towel and water.
Below is an overview of what you might expect from a typical class, you’ll love it!

I have never done any form of Dance before , is this class for everyone?
Yes, Anyone can take our class. Our instructors will personally adjust our program to suit you needs. If you have an old injury and can't achieve certain moves let our instructor know. Our program is designed to be adapted to suit you needs.
Will it be too hard for me?
Each sequence has been carefully created so that it's easy to learn. Better still its done to a range of music making it a fun way to exercise.
Why a Fusion Dance & Fitness class?
We all know professional dancers are the fittest of all the athletes. This is because Dance combines both Anaerobic and Aerobic form of physical activity whilst also crossing over into moves that are similar to holding yoga poses or pilates stretches.
Fused together this creates a total body workout suitable for anyone.
It will improve you posture, coordination, flexibility, muscles tone & strength and general fitness. Best of all it will increase your confidence.
What should I wear/bring with me?
Comfortable exercise wear, no shoes or socks (sticky socks if you don’t like to exercise bare feet), a hand towel to wipe away that sweat, a water bottle.
